Enter your email on the sign-in page; we email you a one-time code. There is no password.

A new account is reviewed by our team and then linked to your company. Until then it does not show any company's orders.

Yes. Ask us to add them; each person signs in with their own email.

Open Requests in your portal, describe the product, quantity and target price, and attach photos or links.

OrdersDoes accepting a quotation create an order?
Accepting tells us to go ahead; the order is then confirmed by our team in the portal.
PaymentsWhich currencies can I pay in?
USD or CNY. Each invoice is in one currency and amounts are never mixed.

Our team confirms each payment against the bank. Upload your receipt and it is updated after confirmation.

A record of your balance in each currency. Top-ups and payments are entries; balances are never overwritten.

English, Arabic and Chinese. Switch at any time from the language menu.

Only your company and our team. Files are private and opened through short-lived links.
AI assistantHow do I connect Claude or ChatGPT?
Add the connector URL https://app.360tradex.com/api/mcp in your assistant's connector settings, then sign in with your 360TradeX email.
AI assistantCan the assistant pay or approve things?
No. It can read your account and send requests and messages if you allow it. Payments and approvals stay with you.
AI assistantHow do I disconnect an assistant?
Remove it from the AI assistant page in your portal, or from the assistant's connector list.
AccountI didn't receive the sign-in code.
Check spam and promotions, and make sure the email is spelled correctly. Codes are valid for 10 minutes; request a new one if needed.
AccountCan I change my email address?
Ask your account team in the portal. For security, the change is confirmed by our team.
OrdersCan I change an order after accepting a quotation?
Tell us in the portal as early as possible. Changes may affect price and timing, and we confirm them in writing.
OrdersHow do I approve a sample?
Open the sample in your order, review the photos and notes, then approve it or request changes.
OrdersHow do I book an inspection?
From your order or the services page in the portal, choose the inspection, the date and your checklist.
PaymentsWhere are your bank details?
On each invoice inside your portal. We do not send bank details by email.
PaymentsCan I get an invoice in my company's name?
Yes. Your company details from the portal are used on invoices; ask us to update them if needed.
PortalCan I download reports?
Yes. Reports and documents in your orders can be opened and downloaded.
