We are a small team, so your work is visible and you learn every part of the trade: sourcing, quality, packaging, logistics and the software behind it.
We work in English, Arabic and Chinese, and we write things down. That makes the work calmer and the handovers cleaner.
Teams we hire for
- SourcingFind factories, negotiate and manage quotations.You will: Search platforms and markets, contact factories, compare offers and negotiate in Chinese.
- Quality controlInspect goods and audit factories across China.You will: Run AQL inspections, audit factories and write clear photo reports.
- Account managementBe the client's person in China, in their language.You will: Own the client relationship, keep orders on track and explain China to the client.
- Packaging and designArtwork, dielines and retail packaging.You will: Prepare artwork and dielines, check print files and work with packaging factories.
- OperationsKeep orders, samples and shipments on track.You will: Coordinate samples, production updates, inspections and shipments.
- EngineeringBuild the portal our clients and team use every day.You will: Build and improve the portal and the AI connector used by clients and staff.
