Why we exist
Buying from China should not feel like a gamble. Yet for most importers it still means weeks of emails with suppliers they have never met, translations that lose the details, samples that look nothing like the photos, and goods that arrive different from what was agreed.
We started 360TradeX to close that gap. Our team lives and works in China, close to the factories. We visit them, speak to them in Chinese, check the goods with our own eyes and write everything down. You see each step in one portal instead of a dozen email threads.
