Effective date:
July 2026
Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, client portal, and sourcing, warehousing, shipping, and customs clearance services provided by Shenzhen Rizkallah Trading Co. Ltd., operating as 360TradeX ("360TradeX," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, signing a service agreement, or using our client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Section 1: Our Services
360TradeX helps Amazon FBA sellers, Shopify brands, and global importers source products from China and manage fulfillment. Depending on what you engage us for, our services include:
Product sourcing and supplier or factory coordination.
Consolidation from multiple factories and temporary warehousing in China.
Quality inspection, and packaging and branding customization.
International shipping and customs clearance to your destination country.
Amazon FBA prep and dropshipping fulfillment support.
Section 2: Our Contract Structure
To keep pricing and responsibilities transparent, we structure each order across up to three separate agreements:
Service agreement: covers our sourcing, coordination, inspection, and consolidation work. This is invoiced upfront as a deposit, typically 10 percent of the estimated order value, before we begin work on your behalf.
Purchase agreement: covers the cost of the products themselves, priced according to the factory quote you approve before production begins.
Shipping and customs clearance agreement: covers freight, destination customs clearance, and duties, priced according to the shipping method and destination country you select.
Section 3: Payment Terms
We accept payment through the following methods:
Bank transfer to our Chinese business bank account.
Alipay Business.
WeChat Pay Business.
Payment Method | Details | Processing Time |
|---|---|---|
Bank transfer | Direct transfer to our Chinese business bank account (ICBC) | 1-2 business days |
Alipay Business | Business account payment via Alipay | Same day |
WeChat Pay Business | Business account payment via WeChat Pay | Same day |
The service agreement deposit (typically 10 percent) is due before we begin sourcing or coordination work. The purchase agreement balance is due according to the factory's payment schedule, commonly a deposit before production and the remainder before shipment. The shipping and customs clearance agreement is due before your goods leave China unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or unofficial payment channels.
