This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules and restrictions that apply to your use of the website, client portal, and sourcing, warehousing, shipping, and customs clearance services provided by Shenzhen Rizkallah Trading Co. Ltd., operating as 360TradeX ("360TradeX," "we," "us," or "our").
This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By submitting a sourcing request, placing an order, or using our client portal, you agree to comply with this policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Use the client portal only for legitimate sourcing, warehousing, and shipping purposes

Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
Section 3: Prohibited Conduct
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other clients' accounts, or supplier data
- Submitting fraudulent orders, payment information, or shipping documentation
Using our services to infringe intellectual property rights, including sourcing counterfeit or unauthorized branded goods
Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff, factory partners, or logistics providers
Interfering with the operation of our website, client portal, or systems
Section 4: Restricted and Prohibited Goods
We do not source, warehouse, or ship the following categories of goods, unless we have given prior written approval and all required licenses and permits are in place:
Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and explosives
Illegal drugs and controlled substances
Counterfeit or unauthorized branded products
Hazardous materials, including flammable, toxic, or radioactive substances, except where properly licensed and declared
Products that violate the import or export laws of the origin or destination country
Live animals or endangered species products
Section 5: Consequences of Violation
Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, cancellation of pending orders, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to refuse any sourcing request or shipment that we believe violates this policy.
