Ltd., operating as 360TradeX ("360TradeX," "we," "us," or "our"), provides sourcing, consolidation, warehousing, quality inspection, packaging, international shipping, customs clearance, and fulfillment services for Amazon FBA sellers, Shopify brands, and global importers working with factories in China. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, client portal, and services, how we use it, and the rights available to you.
Section 2: Information We Collect
We collect information depending on how you interact with us:
Contact and account information: name, company name, email, phone number, business address, and login credentials for our client portal.
Order and shipment details: product specifications, purchase orders, supplier and factory information, invoices, shipment tracking numbers, and customs declarations.
Payment information: bank transfer confirmations, Alipay Business and WeChat Pay Business transaction references, and billing details. We do not store full card or bank account numbers; these are handled directly by our payment partners.
Shipping and destination data: delivery addresses, Amazon FBA shipment plans, warehouse receiving details, and recipient contact information for consolidation and fulfillment.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data collected through our website and client portal via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
Section 3: How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Coordinate sourcing, factory production, quality inspection, and consolidation on your behalf.
Arrange warehousing, international shipping, and customs clearance for your shipments.
Process payments and issue invoices for our service fees, product costs, and shipping and customs charges.
Communicate with you about orders, shipment status, quality inspection results, and account matters.
Comply with customs, export, import, and tax regulations in China and destination countries.

Section 4: How We Share Your Information
We only share your information with parties involved in fulfilling your order, and never sell your personal information. We may share data with:
Verified factories and suppliers, limited to the order specifications needed to manufacture your product.
Freight forwarders, customs brokers, and last-mile carriers, to move and clear your shipments.
Warehouse and 3PL partners in China and destination countries, for storage, consolidation, and fulfillment.
Payment processors, including Alipay Business, WeChat Pay Business, and our Chinese business bank account, to process payments and invoices.
Customs and government authorities, where required for import, export, or tax compliance.
Software providers that run our client portal, automation, and support systems, under confidentiality obligations.
Section 5: International Data Transfers
Because our operations are based in Shenzhen, China, and our clients and destination warehouses are located worldwide, your information is transferred between China, the country where your goods are manufactured or inspected, and the destination country of your shipment. We take contractual and technical steps to protect your data during these transfers, and we only work with factories, warehouses, and logistics partners who agree to safeguard the information we share with them.
Section 6: Data Retention
We retain your account, order, and shipment records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting, customs, tax, and warranty obligations, typically up to seven years after your last order. Payment confirmations and invoices are retained as required by Chinese and destination-country tax law. You may request deletion of information we are not legally required to keep, as described in Section 7

Request correction of inaccurate account, order, or shipping information.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we encourage you to protect your own account credentials.
